Keep track of details of your subscription plan and monthly bill in your electronic invoice. It’s all in it - usage of minutes, megabytes, packages and services included in your plan as well as any extra add-ons, value-added services or lease installments - accessible in the mobile application MyTelenor or in MyTelenor web portal.

Starting 10. September 2020, the way to get your invoice is through the mobile application MyTelenor or MyTelenor web portal To access these digital channels you need to have a Telenor profile. If you do not have a Telenor profile yet, you can create yours by following these easy steps at here.

Your invoice for Telenor services includes useful and comprehensive information about all the service elements that make up your monthly bill, such as:

subscription plan and services included in it, charging principles
active add-ons
usage by destination - in Telenor’s and other national networks, MB, SMS, roaming, etc.
usage of services included in your subscription, as well as usage of add-ons and any other services not included in your subscription
discounts, if applicable
total amount due for your mobile / fixed number for the billing period
information about other services - for example, lease installments and any other usage details

You see all the details of your monthly bill that are of interest to you, clearly presented in one place, accessible any time!

When accessing your electronic invoices through the mobile application MyTelenor or MyTelenor web portal with a phone number for which you have assigned level of authorization “Primary number” or “Admin number”, you will be able to review:

- the current bill of the number with which you have logged in your preferred digital channel
- invoices for all your customer billable accounts
- summary information for all your phone numbers
-- detailed usage information for the phone numbers for which you have requested such detailed usage information

When accessing your electronic invoices through the mobile application MyTelenor or mobile application MyTelenor portal with a phone number for which you have assigned level of authorization “Authorized number” or with a phone number for which you have not assigned any level of authorization, you will be able to review:

- the current bill of the number with which you have logged in your preferred digital channel
- summary information only for the number with which you are logged in
- detailed usage information for this number only in case you have requested such detailed usage information

If you have just one phone number, after creating your Telenor profile, with which you can log in the mobile application MyTelenor or MyTelenor web portal, you will gain electronic access to your invoices with the level of authorization for “Primary number”.

You can request detailed usage information for your phone number by choosing from two formats:

detailed usage information in electronic format, which you can request using one of two options:
- in MyTelenor web portal by logging in with your Telenor profile for the phone number for which you want the detailed usage information in electronic format activated
- in a Telenor store of your preference by filling in a request form
paper detailed usage information, which you can request in a Telenor store of your preference along with requesting paper invoice, if it hasn’t been activated yet


Important!

If you would like to stop receiving your monthly invoices on paper and at the same time have the paper detailed usage information activated as well, when you deactivate the paper invoice service, you will also deactivate the detailed usage information service. So, if you insist that you keep getting the detailed usage information online through the mobile application MyTelenor or MyTelenor web, you need to request it in electronic format by choosing one of the two options – through MyTelenor web portal or again in a Telenor store.

Starting 10. September 2020, your invoices for Telenor services are issued in electronic format and the way to get them is through the mobile application MyTelenor or MyTelenor web portal.

For electronic access to your invoices, you need to register in one of Telenor’s digital channels:
the mobile application MyTelenor
MyTelenor web portal

In these digital channels you can access your electronic monthly invoices and detailed usage information any time.

Still, if you wish to receive paper invoices, you can request them in a Telenor store of your preference.

Please help us act responsibly with respect to your personal data and with utmost care for the protection of the natural resources. Anything you need to know about your monthly usage is available online any time in the mobile application MyTelenor and MyTelenor web portal.

To keep you well informed, Telenor notifies you with a short text message every time your monthly invoice is issued.

The Telenor info service offers you concise information about your new monthly invoice. Each time an invoice is issued, our subscribers get a text message with information about the invoice amount (VAT excluded) and date of invoice issue. Invoice discounts and some other amounts are also not included (e.g. corrections made, balance transfer).


How much it costs

Telenor info service is provided free of charge.

Access to your invoices in electronic format in the mobile application MyTelenor and MyTelenor web portal is also free. You simply need to have a Telenor profile to log in.


How do I get this notification service

If you are an individual customer with subscription for Telenor services, you get this notification service activated automatically once you join the Telenor network. Telenor info service is not available for subscribers of fixed services and Internet for home services.
