Upon top-up of the card, which is using a prepaid plan different from Standard prepaid plan, Prepaid plan Friends, Prepaid plan Telenor, Prepaid plan GoWeb, the validity of the credit (card) is extended with 60 or 90 days (respectively for top-ups of 6.99 BGN to 9.99 BGN or 10 BGN and more*), in case the remaining validity period of the credit (card) is less than the validity period of the new top-up.
* Top-ups with total amount of 10 BGN or more, which are made within 30 days, will be also considered as top-up of 10.00 BGN or more. In all cases when the current validity period of the top up card (and/or the credit) is larger than the validity period of the new top up credit (card), the current validity period of the card (or the credit) will not be changed. If no top up is made within the validity period of a current credit, it will be lost. If the validity period of the card is not extended, after its expiration the card will be automatically deactivated and you will no longer be able to use this mobile number. In that case both the available credit and the unused consumption will be lost. Important:
Following each top-up you will be notified by SMS, containing information about the validity period of the card. When you check the validity of the credit via My Menu or through the Automatic information service by dialling 123 (0.03 BGN per call), you will receive information about its validity. You can receive information about the validity period of the card by calling the Automatic information service at 123 (0.03 BGN per call) and selecting the option “Get in touch with a representative of the Customer Service Center (0.10 BGN/ min.).
If you are not using the standard prepaid plan of Telenor you can switch to it by:
Sending a free SMS with text “standart“ to number 125;
Purchasing one of the prepaid add-ons.
With the purchase of any prepaid add-on, you will change to the standard prepaid plan of Telenor during the purchase itself, as you will be asked for conformation of the package activation and the change of the plan.
Once you change over to the standard prepaid plan of Telenor you won’t be paying taxes and respectively use minutes when you top up the credit of your prepaid card.
Upon change to the standard prepaid plan of Telenor the Extra number is not saved, in case such one is available, and the currently available minutes to that number are not transferred. Minutes or other special conditions (special price) upon top-up are suspended, respectively no additional charge is applied for them, and they are valid under the conditions of the standard prepaid plan of Telenor. All available minutes and purchased add-on are saved and can be used until their validity expire.
The users of prepaid plans for mobile internet and prepaid plan Visitor can't migrate to the Telenor standard prepaid plan.
In short, it’s good to know:
Activated add-ons, which you have purchased before changing over to the standard prepaid plan of Telenor are transferred and can be used until they are depleted or their validity expires;
Once you change over to the standard prepaid plan of Telenor you won’t be able to switch to other prepaid plans;
The selected numbers in the For friends group are kept the same when you change over to the standard prepaid plan of Telenor.
Initially you can select up to 5 preferred numbers in the mobile network of Telenor, depending on your plan, and add them free of charge to your group. Each following change is charged per 1 BGN and is applied after receiving a conformation SMS.
You can add and change numbers in the For Friends group:
through My Menu by dialing *123# and ОК/calling button
by dialing 125 (0.03 BGN per call). From number 125 you can enter, amend and check the numbers in the For Friends group by consequently selecting option 4 and option 1 “Settings for preferred numbers of For Friends group”
It’s important to know that the numbers in the For Friends group cannot be short numbers and numbers of value added services.
It is necessary to enter the number of the selected option (e.g. 1, 2, 5, 7) and press the calling button. The information you are looking for will be automatically displayed on the telephone’s screen. In case that the information is of larger size, it will be sent by an SMS.
Yes. You can replace your defective or lost/stolen prepaid SIM card and keep your mobile number and all settings of your old SIM card! You need to visit a shop from the retail network of Telenor and present your personal client code to a shop assistant.
In cases when a technical defect is proven, SIM card replacement is free. If your SIM card is mechanically damaged, lost or stolen you need to pay a replacement fee of 6,99 BGN (VAT incl.)
Prepaid plan is for all who want to use a mobile phone without concluding any contracts and paying monthly bills. When you buy a prepaid SIM card you will easily control your expenses and won’t need to pay monthly charges.
The depletion of the minutes you have is processed in different sequence as the minutes with highest priority are spent first.
Priority. Highest to lowest:
Minutes to Extra number
Minutes to preferred numbers from For Friends group
Minutes to the Telenor network during the weekends
Minutes to the Telenor network
Minutes to all national networks
When making a call, from the available minutes those to be spent first are the minutes with the highest priority. After their depletion the minutes spent are those with the next high priority.
Example: When making a call to a number from the Telenor network, which was introduced at the same time as an Extra number and a number of the For Friends group, spending priority will have the minutes that are valid to the Extra number as it has highest priority. After their depletion, you will use the minutes that are valid for the For Friends group.
In case you have minutes with one and the same priority but obtained in different ways (initially included minutes received upon top up or purchased with additional pack) with priority are spent those minutes whose validity expires soon.
Example: You have totally 500 minutes to the For Friend group, 250 of which you have obtained upon top up and they have 20 days left before expiration. The rest 250 minutes you have purchased with additional pack and their validity will expire with the longer of the two packs validity. With heist spending priority are the minutes obtained during top as their validity will expire sooner.
Entering an incorrect code three times will block the opportunity to top up through the 089 1330 number for 24 hours. In order to unblock this option, as well as to proceed with the top up, you need to call the Customer Service Department at number 123 and to provide your details or your personal code.
Yes. It is necessary to have a card with used initial balance which you want to transfer credit from and which has been recharged at least once and has more than 20 BGN available.
If you comply with the conditions mentioned you have to fill in an application form in one of our retail outlets, whereby you specifically indicate the mobile numbers and the personal codes of the two cards.
The other option is to call 123 from the card you want to transfer the money from and to give all necessary details. The price for this service is 4.80 BGN (with VAT), which is deducted from the amount subject to transfer.
Your prepaid card is active for 365 days as of the first activation. Upon top-up the validity period of the card is extended in accordance with the recharged value and the remaining validity period of the card. If the validity period of the card is not extended, the card will be automatically deactivated after the validity period expires and you will not be able to use this mobile number. In this case the available credit and usage are lost. The validity of the credit (the top-up amount) upon each top up is different and depends on the top up value and the remaining validity period. Your personal code is printed on a sticker, affixed to the packaging of the SIM card. It is important to keep this code - it is the password that authenticates you as a user of the mobile number. Through the personal code you can transfer your credit to another prepaid card, you can get detailed information for your calls, replace your SIM card with a new one in case of loss or theft. The personal code also allows you to make inquiries for your number when contacting the Customer Service Department.
Each single top up with the value of 10 BGN or more extends the validity of the number by 12 months, commencing from the date of top up.
If within 31 days there is another top up executed at the total value of 10 BGN or more (e.g. 2 vouchers of 6 BGN each), the validity of the number is also extended by new 12 months.
The top ups of 6 BGN increase the activity period of your number by new 2 months from the date of top up, in case that from the current activity period of the number there are less than 2 months remaining.
The top ups of 5 BGN increase the validity period of your number by 1 month, in case that from the current activity period of the number there is less than 1 month remaining.
In order to change a favorite number, you must dial 125 (0.03 BGN/call). Select option 4 “Favorite Numbers Settings”, and press 3 for change of number. Enter the number, which you’d like to delete from the group first, and then enter the new number, followed by #.
The numbers from the group For Friends may be changed also by contacting any of our operators from the Customer Service Department (0.10 BGN/min).
All numbers from the group For Friends may be changed as many times as you need. Each change of number is charged 1,00 BGN from the available credit and enters into force after receiving of confirmation SMS.
•Foreign individuals without PIN (personal identification number)– customer’s names, passport number or other equivalent identify number, document type, nationality, date of birth
For minor customers (up to 14 years old) or underage customers (from 14 up to 18 years old) who do not have identity document, data is collected from their legal representatives – parent, trustee or guardian.
For registration of legal entities and sole proprietors
•Legal entities with UIC – certificate of Good Status issued no later than 6 (six) months before its submission or notarized excerpt from the Commercial register •Legal entities with BULSTAT – certificate of current status issued no later than 6 (six) months its submission and a copy of BULSTAT identification card
* The requirement and registration terms are on the basis of Data collection rules which are necessary to identify prepaid customers before 1st of January adopted by Decision No 1085 of 03.09.2009 of The Communications Regulation Commission (CRC) and the Law on Electronic Communications.
As a new customer of the prepaid service, you may activate your prepaidt card only if you have preliminary registered it with your personal details. The card is activated by making an outgoing call after a successful registration.
Please, note that up to ten minutes of processing time is needed after the first call, before you may use all the services.
In case you’ve lost your personal code, you need to call the Customer Service Department. For this purpose, dial 123 from your prepaid card or 089 123 from any other phone in Bulgaria and select option "Contact our operator" (for users of the Telenor prepaid services - 0.03 BGN/call for access to the Automatic Information Service and 0.10 BGN/min for connection with the Customer Service Department; for Telenor subscribers - 0,03 BGN/call; for customers of other mobile operators - according to the tariff of the respective operator).
You need to provide your full name and PI (Personal Identification) number, as well as know your PIN2, PUK1 and PUK2 codes so that your personal code may be reissued. Provided that for any reason you do not have the PIN2, PUK1 and PUK2 codes, you may apply for restoration of your personal code in any store of the Telenor commercial network.
