Creating a Telenor profile is quick and easy. Make sure you have your mobile device close by.

Fill in your mobile number and press FORWARD.
Receive and fill in the one-time 4-digit PIN code you got as a text message on your smartphone and press FORWARD.

If you are using the mobile application with Android OS, the filling-in of the one-time 4-digit PIN code will be automatic.

To get access to our digital channels – the mobile application MyTelenor and the web portal MyTelenor, the online shop BUY ONLINE and some partner digital services such as Nickelodeon. With just one profile you get access to all of them.

Find the login button in any of our digital channels and follow the steps. Have your mobile device close by because we will text you a one-time 4-digit PIN code with which we will confirm your mobile number. All you have to do next is to create a strong enough password and you are in!

Just fill in your mobile number and password at the login page and press the “Log in” button.

We will text you a one-time 4-digit PIN code with which we will confirm your mobile number. If all is good, you can set your new password and save the changes by logging in your Telenor profile.

Keep in mind that every time you change your password for your Telenor profile, we will prompt you to log in your profile with your new password on all other devices and browsers you use.

No worries, if you have changed your mobile number but you use the same SIM card, you will keep your Telenor profile as set by you. You just have to use your new mobile number in combination with your current password. The rest is the same.

No, you cannot. You can use your Telenor profile as long as you are a customer of Telenor and your card is active. If you change your mobile services provider, your Telenor profile will be permanently deleted.

Important to know: Deleting your Telenor profile will lead to removing all related services as well as files and data stored in all applications running with this profile. After your Telenor profile is deleted permanently, it cannot be retrieved back.

Yes, you need to create a separate Telenor profile for each of your mobile numbers.

You can keep using the Telenor profile you have already created. You don’t have to create a new one all over again – you use the same mobile number in combination with your current password.

IMPORTANT

Never share the codes and your passwords for access with anyone - regardless of whether it is a one-time PIN code (for example, one that we texted you) or your complex password, we at Telenor will never ask you to share them or use them outside the mobile application MyTelenor or any of the other official digital channels of the company. If someone gets in contact with you and asks you to share your code or password for access – refuse to do so and let us know. This is definitely a fraud attempt!

The security of the profiles in the digital channels of Telenor – the mobile application MyTelenor, web portal MyTelenor, Business portal, online shop BUY ONLINE – is a crucial element of our Privacy Policy.

All online services offered for registered users in the digital channels of Telenor are protected by security certificate and your password is stored in encrypted format.

Still we suggest to you further security tips with which you can additionally increase the security of your Telenor profile:

• Registration and login to your Telenor profile for access to the digital channels of Telenor is possible only at https://id.telenor.bg. Keep in mind that other sites may indirectly provide access to some of Telenor's online services, such as sending free SMS, checking a current account, etc., but they are completely illegitimate, and their use is highly undesirable.
• Enter your login credentials only after you make sure you are at id.telenor.bg and in the browser's status bar, a yellow padlock is displayed, which certifies that the page is protected by a security certificate. Make sure the security certificate is valid and issued by Telenor Bulgaria EAD by clicking on the padlock.
• Protect your password and the PIN code we text you to confirm your mobile number and do not share them with anyone under any circumstances. Otherwise, your profile and personal data may be exposed to fraudulent attempts.
• Set a strong enough password and change it periodically by using a combination of small and capital letters, digits and special symbols.
• Avoid using easy to guess words and dates, for example, birthday dates, mobile number, name, nickname, city, street as well as standard passwords such as 123456, 11111, qwerty, password, abc123 and the like.

• Memorize your password and do not write it down on paper, save it in your smartphone or somewhere on your computer.
• Avoid saving your login credentials (mobile number and password) in your browser, especially if you are logging in public or someone else’s computer which can be used by other people.
• Set a unique password for your Telenor profile. Do not use the same password you use for other internet services such as email, online forums, online banking, chat clients, etc.
• Protect your smartphone, keep it close to you and do not give it to anyone else to use. Always lock it using any of the available options – PIN, fingerprint, etc. If someone else can get a grip of your phone, they could gain full access to your online profile without you knowing it.
