Yes, you can renew your postpaid plan through Buy online

No, at the moment you cannot. We are working on adding this feature. Until then for new postpaid plan you can visit one of Telenor’s stores.

The new terms & conditions will come into effect when the order is processed by a Telenor employee. You will receive an SMS confirmation.

Yes, you can purchase a device as addition to your postpaid plan if the terms of it allows it.

Buy online by Telenor gives you the option to choose between paying in cash or leasing depending on your device.

You will be able to sign all the necessary documents when you receive your delivery. Depending on the delivery method you have chosen, you will sign either on delivery or in the Telenor store where you have chosen to receive the delivery.

You will get the warranty card together with the device.

Personal profile

If you are registered on the My Telenor web portal, you can use this account to shop trough Buy online. If you do not have a registration yet, you can make one while shopping.
In case you want to purchase a device without a contract, you can choose to shop without registration.

If you are a Telenor user, and your phone number is active for at least 24 hours, you can get registered by:

Sending a SMS with blank or random text to 5005 (for mobile services users)
Dialing from your fixed phone the service number *123 and selecting option 3 from the interactive menu (for fixed service users)

Afterwards you can enter your phone number and the new password you received to activate your account.

Payments

You can pay for your order in one of the following ways:
By online card payment
Payment on delivery – collect on delivery by a courier

Bear in mind that when choosing to get your order from a store on our network or getting a prepaid leased device, you need to pay online by card.

Yes, you can state that you want to get an invoice while making your order.

You can get your order in two ways:
Delivery to an address chosen by you on the territory of the country
Delivery to a Telenor store chosen by you

That depends on the on the specified delivery method and address. You will receive your order within 2 to 7 working days. While making your order, we will inform you how long it would take in your particular case.

Cancelation/Return

If you decide to cancel your order, you can do so within 14 days of the date you received it.

A quick and easy way to cancel your order is to use the electronic form available from your order details. You can find it: If you have a registration on the website – in the details of your order in My Account section
If you do not have a registration on the website – via the link we have sent you by email together with the details of your order.
You can also use the standard cancelation form you have received.

In the electronic form or the standard cancelation form, you must fill in the IBAN number to which we will transfer the amount of refund needed.

We will refund the sum up to 14 days from the moment we receive your request for cancelation. In case you have purchased a product, the amount will be refunded within 14 days time from returning the product.
