Prepaid Activation

The add-ons can be activated in one of the following ways:
• Via MyTelenor mobile application
• Via My Menu at *123# (free of charge)
• Via SMS to number 125 with the specified add-on text code (free of charge)
• Via call to number 123 (charged 0,15 BGN/call) and choosing option 3 (Purchasing add-ons)
• Via the landing page lp.telenor.bg (applicable only for add-ons for mobile internet for tablets and laptops)

General terms for add-ons for prepaid plans

• When activating add-ons for mobile internet the included MB are at maximum speed. After depletion of the included MB or the expiration of the validity period, depends on what happens earlier, the mobile internet will be charged per MB according to the terms of a standard Telenor’s prepaid plan the current Telenor’s price list for prepaid services, add-ons and standard prices in roaming.

The SMS price to number 125 in roaming is 1,91 BGN.
• The add-on price will be deducted from your current credit.
• The SMS for add-on activation price, if it is due is deducted from your current credit.
• The validity period of the add-ons starts and the included minutes, SMS and/or MBs or the special price for voice calls are available for use after receiving a conformation SMS for successful add-on activation. The add-on’s validity expires on the mentioned date and time in the message.
• When changing to a standard prepaid plan of Telenor retain all available minutes and MBs, initially received, received upon recharging and purchased with add-ons and can be used until expiration of their validity.
• In case you use additional conditions upon top-up fee for recharging of credit and when choosing and activating of add-on with included call minutes, of combined add-on with included call minutes, SMS and MBs, valid within the Telenor network or add-on giving special price per minute to certain international destinations, the additional conditions – minutes and MB when recharging – are ceased. In these cases only the conditions of the Telenor’s standard prepaid plan will be applicable and you will no longer receive minutes and MB recharging and fee for it will not be deducted.
• In case of activation of new add-on with included minutes to Telenor mobile network and/or MB for free surfing, before the validity expiry of such minutes, SMS and/or MB from the additional conditions of the current prepaid plan/starter prepaid pack, the new included amount of minutes within Telenor mobile network and/or MB for surfing will be added to the existing ones, and for all available minutes to Telenor mobile network and/or MB for surfing the longer validity period is established – of the new add-on or the current received under additional conditions of the used prepaid plan/ starter prepaid pack.
• The existing minutes to For Friends group are valid to 5 numbers from Telenor mobile network, included in the group. These numbers cannot be a short numbers and numbers for voice services with added value.
• You have the right to refuse purchased add-on/s in a 14 days period after the purchase, unless you have started utilizing them. In case of add-on purchase refusal, the purchase amount will be returned to the credit of the prepaid card. More information on www.telenor.bg

Depletion of the add-ons minutes

In case you have minutes to for friends group, to Telenor mobile network, to all national networks and/or unlimited minuted in Telenor mobile network:
• For calls to For friends group with priority after the depletion to this destination, depletes the minutes to Telenor mobile network, after its depletion – and for calls to all national networks and finally unlimited minutes in Telenor mobile network.
• For calls to Telenor mobile network with priority depletes the minutes to Telenor mobile network, after that the minutes to all national networks and finally unlimited minutes in Telenor mobile network.)

Charging principles

• The charging of national and international calls is performed in 60-seconds intervals, as each started 60-seconds interval is accounted and charged as an entire minute.
• The charging of calls and SMS in roaming is according to the terms of a relevant add-on and if it is not available or does not providing such included consumption – according to a standard roaming prices.
• The internet traffic in Bulgaria, generated under the conditions of add-ons From-To 8,49 leva, add-on Mobile internet 9,99 leva and add-on Mobile internet 14,99 leva, till depletion of the included consumption in the add-on or expiration of its validity is available in the 2G/3G and 4G/LTE Telenor network in Bulgaria (through APN telenorbg) at maximum speed according to 2G/3G и 4G/ LTE network’s standart.
• The use of the Telenor 4G/LTE network from prepaid customers is possible with a compatible SIM card and device in 4G network coverage zone.

The access to 4G/LTE Telenor network in Bulgaria may be extended by one of the following actions made within the validity period of the current MB and with access to the 4G network:
• Recharging of prepaid credit with receiving an additional conditions – MB for free surfing in Bulgaria.
• Activation of add-on with included MB for free surfing in Bulgaria and within the EU roaming zone.

The validity period of access to the Telenor’s 4G/LTE Network is equal to the higher of the two validity periods – that of the new activated add-on/ the new provided additional services (MB) or that of the current used MB.

Up-to-date list of all operators that Telenor maintains 4G mobile internet within roaming zone relationship is available in here: 4G operators. For 4G mobile internet using within the EU roaming zone the customer must be within the 4G network coverage of the respective operator from the specified list, within the EU zone, must use a 4G compatible device and a 4G compatible SIM card, and to be eligible for using Telenor 4G/LTE network in Bulgaria also. In all other cases the mobile internet using within the EU roaming zone is possible with 2G/3G network of the respective operator.
• When data transferring in the country and within the EU roaming zone and add-ons with MB included using, the charging is accurate to 1 KB with 100 KB minimum initial charging (1 GB = 1024 MB).

Terms of using Capture

With the activation of add-ons, marked above: From-To 8,49 leva, Minutes in Telenor mobile network 8,99 leva and Unlimited minutes in Telenor mobile network 12,99 leva, Telenor gives 10 GB storage for Capture for a 180 days period also.

Capture is a digital service, provided by Telenor Digital to storage and share picture and video. Also you can Free up space on your smartphone or tablet.

Activation

For using storage for Capture, included in your activated prepaid starter pack you need to:

1. Activate the Telenor start pack or add-on with storage for Capture.
2. After that you have to sign up in the application or through www.capture-app.com with your phone number with storage for Capture included. It’s necessary to give your email too.
3. Download and install the Capture App on your smartphone or tablet.

Terms

• Capture service provides storage for photos and videos and helps you to free up storage on your smartphone or tablet.
• The storage for Capture is valid for private customers.
• The service Capture using is possible only when an internet connection is available.
• Capture service is for private use. The using and sharing the service Capture for any commercial or public purposes is absolutely forbidden.
• The access to the storage in Capture is subject to registration in the Capture App or through the service’s website: www.capture-app.com
• Every customer registered in Capture receives 2GB storage in the application for free, defined by the provider of this service.
• For prepaid customers – the storage in Capture that Telenor provides upon activation of start prepaid package or that is included in add-on will be added to the main storage of 2GB. Telenor provides the storage in Capture for 180-days period from the activation of prepaid card or add-on with Capture storage included,(after receiving a conformation SMS for successful add on activation) no matter when the registration for using of storage in Capture has been made.
• Upon activation of add-on with storage in Capture within validity period of another one the storage volume doesn’t change, but the current one validity becomes longer, in case that the validity of the new add-on is longer.
• Upon registration for using Capture the customer must accept the provider’s general terms. Telenor is not responsible if the access to storage in Capture is discontinued by the service provider due to customer’s non-compliance with the general terms and conditions of the provider.
• For using the service you need an internet-connected device.
• The service Capture is not provided by Telenor, but by a third party – „Теленор Кепчър“ АС (Telenor Capture AS).
• In relation to that Telenor is not responsible for the availability of the app or the information stored therein, for the functions or the content of or in the application.
• Telenor Bulgaria is not responsible and cannot control the changes in the application, provided by the Capture service, the adding new functionalities etc.
• Up to 30 days after the expiration of the validity for Capture, the customer should download the content, uploaded in Capture. After that period the customer’s content may been lost. Within this period the customer can view, download and delete the content in the used storage place, but can’t upload a new one.
• When the customer’s incoming and outgoing calls have been stopped, the customer still can view, download or delete the uploaded content, that is received with a prepaid pack or add-on, but cannot upload a new one.
• The Capture’s traffic via Telenor network depletes the included MB on maximum speed in add-on or MB on maximum speed obtained under the terms of a prepaid plan.
