Such are also the data which are automatically generated when users make inquiries related to the products and services of Telenor, via the self-service channels of Telenor.
Such data are:
•Data on the user;
•User’s contact information (e.g. address of electronic mail, telephone number, address, or others);
•Type of communication (written inquiry, application, complaint, letter, inquiry made via an online form, short text message, or others);
•Date of sending or receipt of communication (e.g. date of incoming or outgoing call, date of receipt of an inquiry, complaint, claim or message, date of sending a message, letter or others);
•Information contained in the relevant communication (e.g. content of user’s request/complaint, documents attached, content of response or information prepared by Telenor), etc.
