You can use digital services in your subscription plan

Certain subscription plans include one or more slots for access to a digital service. You can choose from the available digital services, offered by Telenor at the relevant moment, indicated with the possibility of using in a slot. Slots are used under preferential conditions – at no additional charge during the first 12 months of the contract's term. After the expiration of this period, digital services can be used at a preferential price if they are being activated in a slot. The slots remain active after expiration of the original term of the contract as well. The management (activation and deactivation) of digital services in slots is done through the MyTelenor application, in the section Services. You can find additional information here. Digital services are provided by third parties upon compliance with the general terms and conditions of the provider of the respective service.

What should I know about using digital services in a slot:

Manage services in slots through the MyTelenor app in the section Services. There you will find complete information on how many slots you have, which ones are free and available and which services you can use.

If your subscription plan has slots for digital services included, but you cannot use them and activate a service in them, there may be several reasons for that. It is possible that all of the slots are being occupied by activated digital services and that you do not have a free one which to use. It is also possible, that the slots may not be available (to be locked). This occurs when you deactivate a digital service from a slot before the expiration of 1 month from its activation. In this case, the position is locked until the expiration of 1 month after the activation and is marked as "unavailable". You can use the slot and activate a new digital service in it after the expiration of this period.

Another possibility is that the specific digital service is already activated as an add-on for a fee. Then against the service has the status "Active". In order to activate it in a slot in your plan, you must first deactivate the add-on you are currently using. Have in mind that when you deactivate an add-on, the access to the service is terminated after the expiration of the current period and only after that you can activate this service in a free and available slot.

If you wish, you can replace a digital service in a slot once per month.

The deactivation of service in a slot terminates the access to it immediately.

The included national MB at maximum reachable speed, as well as those for roaming in the EU Zone that are not spent during the relevant billing cycle, are not transferred to the next;
After depletion of the included in the plan MB at maximum reachable speed, provided in total for Bulgaria and for roaming in the EU Zone, the speed of Internet traffic drops to 64 Kbps;
The tariffing of data for each session in Bulgaria is accurate to kilobytes when over 5 KB (kilobytes) per session are spent. When less than 5 KB are spent, charging is for 5 KB;
The minimum initial and subsequent tariffing for data roaming in the European Union Zone is 1KB.

The customers with subscription plans, with included access to the 5G network of Telenor in Bulgaria, using compatible SIM card and device, and located in a 5G/LTE coverage area, can use mobile internet through Telenor's 5G/LTE network for the term of their contract.
In all other cases, the use of mobile Internet is done through the 2G/3G/4G network.

A current list of all operators in the networks of who 5G mobile internet when in roaming can be used is available here. For the usage of 5G mobile Internet in roaming within the European Union Zone*, it is necessary for the customer to be in the area of 5G coverage of the respective network operator in the EU Zone, to use 5G compatible device, 5G compatible SIM card, and to meet the conditions for use of 5G / LTE by Telenor in Bulgaria as well.

In all other cases, the use of mobile Internet is done through the 2G/3G/4G network of the respective network operator.

Changes to the contract or the subscription plan

In case of a change in the subscription plan, the unspent minutes / MB, as well as the promotional terms and conditions, if such are granted for the previous subscription plan are being lost, and new ones are granted if the new subscription plan includes such.

No limitation shall be applied to the number of changes within the duration of the contract, provided that they are carried out only once per a billing cycle.

The stated prices and conditions for data transmission and voice transmission refer to the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria unless explicitly specified otherwise.

What should I know about using digital services in a slot:

Manage services in slots through the MyTelenor app in the section Services. There you will find complete information on how many slots you have, which ones are free and available and which services you can use.

If your subscription plan has slots for digital services included, but you cannot use them and activate a service in them, there may be several reasons for that. It is possible that all of the slots are being occupied by activated digital services and that you do not have a free one which to use. It is also possible, that the slots may not be available (to be locked). This occurs when you deactivate a digital service from a slot before the expiration of 1 month from its activation. In this case, the position is locked until the expiration of 1 month after the activation and is marked as "unavailable". You can use the slot and activate a new digital service in it after the expiration of this period.

Another possibility is that the specific digital service is already activated as an add-on for a fee. Then against the service has the status "Active". In order to activate it in a slot in your plan, you must first deactivate the add-on you are currently using. Have in mind that when you deactivate an add-on, the access to the service is terminated after the expiration of the current period and only after that you can activate this service in a free and available slot.

If you wish, you can replace a digital service in a slot once per month.

The deactivation of service in a slot terminates the access to it immediately.

Трафик Пакет Чат – условия

Трафик пакетът Чат включва 10000 MB на максимално достижима скорост, разполагаеми за ползване на територията на Република България и роуминг в зона Европейски съюз, от и към мобилните приложения за смартфон и таблет - Viber и WhatsApp. Трафик пакети, включени в абонаментния план без допълнително заплащане за определения в договора период, следва да се активират от потребителя през мобилното приложение MyTelenor, за да може да се ползват. 

Трафик пакетите са валидни от датата на активация съгласно посоченото по-горе до края на текущия отчетен период и се подновяват за всеки отчетен период за срока на договора. След изтичане на 24-месечния срок на договора трафик пакетът се деактивира автоматично, след което потребителят може да избере да активира Трафик пакет Чат срещу съответната такса.

Трафик от и към мобилните приложения за съответния трафик пакет изразходва МВ първо от съответния трафик пакет, след което – от наличните МВ на максимално достижима скорост, включени в плана или допълнително закупени към него. По изключение, в случай че ползваш допълнително закупени пакети с МВ предназначени за ползване в роуминг, те се изразходват с приоритет, преди МВ от налични трафик пакети при ползване на съответните приложения в роуминг.  Едва след изчерпване на МВ от допълнителен пакет с МВ за ползване в роуминг, потреблението за съответните приложения в роуминг ще изчерпва от налични трафик пакети. Възможно е приложение да генерира потребление от и към външни страници, в които случай трафикът не се счита за такъв от и към приложенията и черпи от включените в плана или допълнително закупени към него национални и роуминг в зона Европейски съюз МВ. След изчерпването на МВ от трафик пакета, трафикът от и към съответните приложения изразходва от националните и роуминг в зона Европейски съюз МВ, включени или допълнително закупени към абонаментния план, ако са налични такива.

В случай че планът е с включени МВ общо за България (национални) и роуминг в зона ЕС МВ, след изчерпването им скоростта на връзката  пада до края на отчетния период за целия национален и роуминг в зона ЕС интернет трафик, включително и от и към съответните приложения,  до 64 kbps.

В случай че абонаментният план е с включени отделни пакети за национални MB и роуминг МВ в зона ЕС, след изчерпване на включените в плана национални МВ, скоростта на връзката  пада до края на отчетния период за целия национален интернет трафик, включително и от и към съответните приложения, до 64 kbps, а след изчерпване на включените в плана МВ за роуминг в зона ЕС, таксуването в роуминг, в това число трафик включително и от и към съответните приложения, се осъществява по цена на мегабайт съгласно актуалната ценова листа на Теленор.

МВ, включени в трафик пакетите са на максимално достижима скорост, достъпни са само през точка за достъп (Access Point Name, APN) – telenorbg и важат за използване на територията на Република България и за роуминг в зона ЕС. 

В случай че скоростта на мобилния интернет вече е паднала до края на отчетния период, след което се активира допълнителен пакет с национални и роуминг в ЕС МВ, скоростта на мобилната връзка се възстановява до максималната, включително и за трафик от и към приложения ако включените в съответните трафик паети МВ не са били изразходени преди падането на скоростта. При изтичане на валидността или изразходване на МВ от допълнителния пакет национални и роуминг в зона ЕС МВ,  пакет МВ, скоростта на връзката пада за целия национален и роуминг в зона ЕС трафи и/или  сътветно мобилният интернет се таксува, съгласно правилата, описани по-горе.

Неизразходваните МВ не се прехвърлят за ползване в следващ отчетен период.

Minutes tariffing and charging

The included minutes per month that are not spent during the relevant billing cycle are not transferred to the next.
For the period from the activation of the subscription plan to issuing the first invoice, you will receive a proportional number of the included monthly minutes for a proportionate part of the monthly subscription.
Outgoing national and roaming calls from the EU Zone to countries in the same zone, including Bulgaria, are charged per minute with a minimum initial charging time of 60 sec.

MB tariffing and charging

The included national MB at maximum reachable speed, as well as those for roaming in the EU Zone that are not spent during the relevant billing cycle, are not transferred to the next.
After depletion of the included in the plan MB at maximum reachable speed, provided in total for Bulgaria and for roaming in the EU Zone, the speed of Internet traffic drops to 64 Kbps.
The tariffing of data for each session in Bulgaria is accurate to kilobytes when over 5 KB (kilobytes) per session are spent. When less than 5 KB are spent, charging is for 5 KB.
The minimum initial and subsequent tariffing for data roaming in the European Union Zone is 1KB.

SMS tariffing and charging

Depending on the alphabet used, the length of one SMS (including punctuation marks and spaces) varies between 160 characters only in Latin characters or up to 70 characters in another alphabet, including Cyrillic alphabet. For more information, read here.

Usage of mobile internet in the network of Telenor

4G in Bulgaria

The customers with subscription plans, with included access to the 4G network of Telenor in Bulgaria, using compatible SIM card and device, and located in a 4G/LTE coverage area, can use mobile internet through Telenor's 4G/LTE network for the term of their contract

In all other cases, the use of mobile Internet is done through the 2G/3G network.

4G in European Union Zone

A current list of all operators in the networks of who 4G mobile internet when in roaming can be used is available here. For the usage of 4G mobile Internet in roaming within the European Union Zone*, it is necessary for the customer to be in the area of 4G coverage of the respective network operator in the EU Zone, to use 4G compatible device, 4G compatible SIM card, and to meet the conditions for use of 4G / LTE by Telenor in Bulgaria as well.

In all other cases, the use of mobile Internet is done through the 2G/3G network of the respective network operator.

Usage of minutes for roaming in the European Union

You can use the specified number of minutes per month from the corresponding subscription plans for outgoing roaming calls in the EU Zone to mobile and fixed numbers from networks of operators in the EU Zone.
You do not need to activate the roaming service to use the minutes and the MB in roaming in the EU Zone. In case you have deactivated the roaming service at your own will, you could reactivate it. See how to manage the roaming service here.

Changes to the contract or the subscription plan

A subscription plan may be changed after expiration of the first month of the original contract period to such with the same or higher monthly subscription and against payment of a single fee. In case of a change in the subscription plan, the unspent minutes / MB, as well as the promotional terms and conditions, if such are granted for the previous subscription plan are being lost, and new ones are granted if the new subscription plan includes such.

No limitation shall be applied to the number of changes within the duration of the contract, provided that they are carried out only once per a billing cycle.

The stated prices and conditions for data transmission and voice transmission refer to the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria unless explicitly specified otherwise.

Traffic Pass Chat – terms

The Traffic Pass Chat includes 10000 MB at maximum reachable speed, available for use on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and roaming in the European Union Zone, from and to the mobile apps for smartphone and tablet - Viber and WhatsApp. Traffic passes included in the subscription plan without additional charge for the duration specified in the contract should be activated by the user through the MyTelenor mobile application so that they can be used.

Traffic passes are valid from the activation date according to the stated above until the end of the current billing cycle and are renewed for each billing cycle for the duration of the contract. After expiration of the 24-month term of the contract, the traffic pass is automatically deactivated, after which the user may choose to activate the Traffic pass Chat against the appropriate fee.

Traffic to and from the mobile applications for the respective traffic pass spends MB first from the respective traffic pass, after that – from included in the plan MB or additionally purchased MB add-ons at maximum reachable speed. When in roaming, in case you have add-ons with MB for roaming in EU, traffic to and from the mobile applications for the respective traffic pass spends MB first from these add-ons and then, from the respective traffic pass, when the add-ons are exhausted. It is possible that an app generates consumption from and to external pages, in which case the traffic is not considered as such from and to the apps and spends from the included in the plan or additionally purchased to it national and roaming in European Union Zone MB. After the depletion of the MB from the traffic pass, the traffic from and to the respective applications is spent by the included national and roaming in European Union Zone MB or additionally purchased to the subscription plan, if any are available. In cases where the subscription plan is with included MB shared for Bulgaria (national) and roaming in the European Union, after their depletion the connection speed drops until the end of the billing cycle for all Internet traffic, including from and to the corresponding applications, down to 64 Kbps.

In cases where the subscription plan is with included MB designated separately for Bulgaria (national) and roaming in the EU, after depletion of the national MB, the connection speed drops until the end of the billing cycle for the entire national internet traffic, including from and to the corresponding applications, down to 64 Kbps, and after depletion of the included MB for roaming in the EU, charging for traffic from and to the corresponding applications is done according to the terms of the subscription plan used and the price list of Telenor applicable to it.

MB included in the traffic pass are at maximum reachable speed, available only through an access point (Access Point Name, APN) – telenorbg and are valid for use on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and roaming in the EU zone.

In cases where the connection speed of the mobile internet has already dropped until the end of the billing cycle, after activation of an additional package with national and roaming in the EU MB, the connection is restored to the maximum reachable speed, including for traffic from and to the corresponding mobile applications provided the MB in the traffic pass have not been depleted before the drop of the connection speed. Upon expiry or depletion of the additional package with national and roaming in the EU MB, the connection speed drops for the entire national and roaming in the EU traffic and/or the mobile internet is charged according to the rules specified above.

Unspent MB of the traffic pass will not be transferred for use in a subsequent billing cycle.

Traffic Pass Social media – terms

The Traffic Pass Social media includes 10000 MB at maximum reachable speed, available for use on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and roaming in the European Union Zone, from and to the mobile apps for smartphone and tablet - Facebook, Messenger, Instagram and Twitter. Traffic passes included in the subscription plan without additional charge for the duration specified in the contract should be activated by the user through the MyTelenor mobile application so that they can be used.

Traffic passes are valid from the activation date according to the stated above until the end of the current billing cycle and are renewed for each billing cycle for the duration of the contract. If your subscription plan has slots for digital services included, but you cannot use them and activate a service in them, there may be several reasons for that. It is possible that all of the slots are being occupied by activated digital services and that you do not have a free one which to use. It is also possible, that the slots may not be available (to be locked). This occurs when you deactivate a digital service from a slot before the expiration of 1 month from its activation. In this case, the position is locked until the expiration of 1 month after the activation and is marked as "unavailable". You can use the slot and activate a new digital service in it after the expiration of this period.

Another possibility is that the specific digital service is already activated as an add-on for a fee. Then against the service has the status "Active". In order to activate it in a slot in your plan, you must first deactivate the add-on you are currently using. Have in mind that when you deactivate an add-on, the access to the service is terminated after the expiration of the current period and only after that you can activate this service in a free and available slot.

If you wish, you can replace a digital service in a slot once per month.

The deactivation of service in a slot terminates the access to it immediately.

Traffic Pass Chat – terms

The Traffic Pass Chat includes 10000 MB at maximum reachable speed, available for use on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and roaming in the European Union Zone, from and to the mobile apps for smartphone and tablet - Viber and WhatsApp. Traffic passes included in the subscription plan without additional charge for the duration specified in the contract should be activated by the user through the MyTelenor mobile application so that they can be used.

Traffic passes are valid from the activation date according to the stated above until the end of the current billing cycle and are renewed for each billing cycle for the duration of the contract. After expiration of the 24-month term of the contract, the traffic pass is automatically deactivated, after which the user may choose to activate the Traffic pass Chat against the appropriate fee.

Traffic to and from the mobile applications for the respective traffic pass spends MB first from the respective traffic pass, after that – from included in the plan MB or additionally purchased MB add-ons at maximum reachable speed. When in roaming, in case you have add-ons with MB for roaming in EU, traffic to and from the mobile applications for the respective traffic pass spends MB first from these add-ons and then, from the respective traffic pass, when the add-ons are exhausted. It is possible that an app generates consumption from and to external pages, in which case the traffic is not considered as such from and to the apps and spends from the included in the plan or additionally purchased to it national and roaming in European Union Zone MB. After the depletion of the MB from the traffic pass, the traffic from and to the respective applications is spent by the included national and roaming in European Union Zone MB or additionally purchased to the subscription plan, if any are available. In cases where the subscription plan is with included MB shared for Bulgaria (national) and roaming in the European Union, after their depletion the connection speed drops until the end of the billing cycle for all Internet traffic, including from and to the corresponding applications, down to 64 Kbps.

In cases where the subscription plan is with included MB designated separately for Bulgaria (national) and roaming in the EU, after depletion of the national MB, the connection speed drops until the end of the billing cycle for the entire national internet traffic, including from and to the corresponding applications, down to 64 Kbps, and after depletion of the included MB for roaming in the EU, charging for traffic from and to the corresponding applications is done according to the terms of the subscription plan used and the price list of Telenor applicable to it.

MB included in the traffic pass are at maximum reachable speed, available only through an access point (Access Point Name, APN) – telenorbg and are valid for use on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and roaming in the EU zone.

In cases where the connection speed of the mobile internet has already dropped until the end of the billing cycle, after activation of an additional package with national and roaming in the EU MB, the connection is restored to the maximum reachable speed, including for traffic from and to the corresponding mobile applications provided the MB in the traffic pass have not been depleted before the drop of the connection speed. Upon expiry or depletion of the additional package with national and roaming in the EU MB, the connection speed drops for the entire national and roaming in the EU traffic and/or the mobile internet is charged according to the rules specified above.

Unspent MB of the traffic pass will not be transferred for use in a subsequent billing cycle.

Traffic Pass Social media – terms

The Traffic Pass Social media includes 10000 MB at maximum reachable speed, available for use on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and roaming in the European Union Zone, from and to the mobile apps for smartphone and tablet - Facebook, Messenger, Instagram and Twitter. Traffic passes included in the subscription plan without additional charge for the duration specified in the contract should be activated by the user through the MyTelenor mobile application so that they can be used.

Traffic passes are valid from the activation date according to the stated above until the end of the current billing cycle and are renewed for each billing cycle for the duration of the contract. Minutes tariffing and charging

The included minutes per month that are not spent during the relevant billing cycle are not transferred to the next.
For the period from the activation of the subscription plan to issuing the first invoice, you will receive a proportional number of the included monthly minutes for a proportionate part of the monthly subscription.
Outgoing national and roaming calls from the EU Zone to countries in the same zone, including Bulgaria, are charged per minute with a minimum initial charging time of 60 sec.

MB tariffing and charging

The included national MB at maximum reachable speed, as well as those for roaming in the EU Zone that are not spent during the relevant billing cycle, are not transferred to the next.
After depletion of the included in the plan MB at maximum reachable speed, provided in total for Bulgaria and for roaming in the EU Zone, the speed of Internet traffic drops to 64 Kbps.
The tariffing of data for each session in Bulgaria is accurate to kilobytes when over 5 KB (kilobytes) per session are spent. When less than 5 KB are spent, charging is for 5 KB.
The minimum initial and subsequent tariffing for data roaming in the European Union Zone is 1KB.

SMS tariffing and charging

Depending on the alphabet used, the length of one SMS (including punctuation marks and spaces) varies between 160 characters only in Latin characters or up to 70 characters in another alphabet, including Cyrillic alphabet. For more information, read here.

Usage of mobile internet in the network of Telenor

4G in Bulgaria

The customers with subscription plans, with included access to the 4G network of Telenor in Bulgaria, using compatible SIM card and device, and located in a 4G/LTE coverage area, can use mobile internet through Telenor's 4G/LTE network for the term of their contract

In all other cases, the use of mobile Internet is done through the 2G/3G network.

4G in European Union Zone

A current list of all operators in the networks of who 4G mobile internet when in roaming can be used is available here. For the usage of 4G mobile Internet in roaming within the European Union Zone*, it is necessary for the customer to be in the area of 4G coverage of the respective network operator in the EU Zone, to use 4G compatible device, 4G compatible SIM card, and to meet the conditions for use of 4G / LTE by Telenor in Bulgaria as well.

In all other cases, the use of mobile Internet is done through the 2G/3G network of the respective network operator.

Usage of minutes for roaming in the European Union

You can use the specified number of minutes per month from the corresponding subscription plans for outgoing roaming calls in the EU Zone to mobile and fixed numbers from networks of operators in the EU Zone.
You do not need to activate the roaming service to use the minutes and the MB in roaming in the EU Zone. In case you have deactivated the roaming service at your own will, you could reactivate it. See how to manage the roaming service here.

Changes to the contract or the subscription plan

A subscription plan may be changed after expiration of the first month of the original contract period to such with the same or higher monthly subscription and against payment of a single fee. In case of a change in the subscription plan, the unspent minutes / MB, as well as the promotional terms and conditions, if such are granted for the previous subscription plan are being lost, and new ones are granted if the new subscription plan includes such.

No limitation shall be applied to the number of changes within the duration of the contract, provided that they are carried out only once per a billing cycle.

The stated prices and conditions for data transmission and voice transmission refer to the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria unless explicitly specified otherwise.

Certain subscription plans include one or more slots for access to a digital service. You can choose from the available digital services, offered by Telenor at the relevant moment, indicated with the possibility of using in a slot. Slots are used under preferential conditions – at no additional charge during the first 12 months of the contract's term. After the expiration of this period, digital services can be used at a preferential price if they are being activated in a slot. The slots remain active after expiration of the original term of the contract as well. The management (activation and deactivation) of digital services in slots is done through the MyTelenor application, in the section Services. You can find additional information here. Digital services are provided by third parties upon compliance with the general terms and conditions of the provider of the respective service.

Как и кога се сключва застраховката:

При покупка на ново смарт устройство от Теленор, независимо дали е платено в брой или е предоставено на лизинг.
За клиенти ползващи абонаментен план за мобилни услуги от Теленор.
В момента на покупката при заплащане на цена в брой/предоставянето на лизинг или до 7 дни след това.
На място в магазин на Теленор.
Подписва се застрахователен договор.

Каква е премията и какво заплащам:

Месечната премия зависи от стандартната цена на устройството без абонамент за услуги от Теленор и избрания застрахователен продукт.
Месечната премия се включва в месечната фактура от Теленор за телекомуникационните услуги и за премията се прилагат същите условия и срокове за плащане.
В случай на одобрена щета се заплаща самоучастие при получаване на ремонтираното или подменено устройство.
Размерът на самоучастието също зависи от стандартната цена на устройството без абонамент за услуги от Теленор и е предварително ясен при сключването на застрахователния договор.

След одобрение на претенцията ти, да посетиш удобен за теб магазин на Теленор, за да подпишеш необходимите документи и вземеш новото си устройство. Застрахователят ще ти предостави ново устройство със същата марка и модел или устройство с възможно най-сходни характеристики.

What is the premium and what I pay:

МThe monthly premium depends on the standard price of the device without any subscription for services by Telenor and the selected insurance product.
The monthly premium is included in the monthly invoice by Telenor for telecommunication services and the same terms and payment deadlines apply to the premium as well.
In case of an approved claim for damage, a self-participation is paid upon receiving the repaired or replaced device.
The amount of self-participation also depends on the standard price of the device without any subscription for services by Telenor and is known at the time of conclusion of the insurance contract.

Here is how it works In practice, in case of Damage:

In case of Theft - robbery, burglary or pickpocketing:

Within 48 hours from finding out about the Theft, you must notify the police and take an official document which describes which device is the object of the theft. This document is to be submitted to the Insurer.
Notify Telenor via the Customer Service Department at 123 (089 123) so we can restrict outgoing calls from the SIM card and you can file your claim to the Insurer.
Once your claim has been approved, visit a convenient for you Telenor store to sign the necessary documents and get your new device. The Insurer will provide you with a new device with the same brand and model or device with the most similar characteristics possible

The stated leasing prices are per month and are valid for private customers, new and current Telenor subscribers, upon signing of new contracts for a period of 12 or 24 months:
leasing contract and
subscription contract (for a new SIM card, or a continuation of an existing one in the last 2 months of its term or upon its expiration), according to the respective Telenor subscription plan specified in the "Product prices" section and the term of the contracts.

The specified monthly leasing installments do not include a monthly subscription for the respective subscription plan.

The possibility to provide a device on leasing to new and existing customers may be limited, depending on the risk assessment.

The stated prices of mobile phones in cash with subscription plan by Telenor are valid for private customers, new and existing, when:

signing a new contract (for a new SIM card, or a continuation of an existing one in the last 2 months of its term or upon its expiration) for a period of 12 or 24 months, according to the respective Telenor subscription plan specified in the "Product prices" section and the term of the contracts; and purchasing a mobile phone and paying it in cash

The possibility of acquiring ownership of the equipment provided for use is related to the signing of a contract for the purchase of the device with Telenor at least 10 days before the expiry of the leasing contract and upon payment of all due monetary obligations.

The stated prices of mobile phones without a subscription are valid when you purchase a mobile phone without signing a contract for mobile services and paying the price of the device in cash upon purchase.

In the case of a discrepancy between the price specified in the section "Product prices" and the price quoted in a store from the commercial network of Telenor, , the price quoted in the store will have an advantage. This rule does not apply to products purchased through “Buy Online“.

The offers are valid until the quantities are exhausted.

The device has a warranty of 2 years, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
