With a prepaid pack Mobile Internet 12000 MB, you use a prepaid mobile internet plan with additional conditions for every card top-up you make, as follows:

Upon card activation

In the period from 01.06.2018 to 31.10.2018 you receive:

12 000 + 12 000 MB mobile internet in Bulgaria, valid for 20 days after activation
Access to the 4G / LTE data network in Bulgaria, in the coverage areas, with a compatible device

Upon card top-up

In the period from 01.06.2018 to 31.10.2018 you receive:

3000 MB mobile internet in Bulgaria, valid for 14 days upon top-up

About the additional conditions – for included MBs that are received upon top-up of the prepaid card during the specified period, a fee of BGN 9.00 is deducted – the fee is deducted upon every top-up of the prepaid card with 9.00 BGN or more. The additional top-up conditions can be used after the receipt of a confirmation SMS.

All customers who have purchased or activated a prepaid mobile Internet package that uses the terms of a prepaid mobile Internet plan before 01.06.2018 will also benefit from the additional conditions for each valid top-up in the period from 01.06.2018 to 31.10.2018.

The prepaid package cannot be used in roaming.

At your disposal are attractive data add-ons, available for activation via the landing page lp.telenor.bg or via free of charge SMS to number 123 with the specified add-on text code of the chosen add-on.

Conditions for activation and top-up of a prepaid card

By activating your prepaid card you use a prepaid mobile internet plan. You also use additional conditions upon every top-up as follows:

These additional conditions apply upon card top-up of in the period from 01.06.2018 to 30.09.2018. After the specified period, you will use the conditions of a prepaid mobile internet plan and the current additional conditions, if any.

About the additional conditions – for included MBs that are received upon top-up of the prepaid card during the specified period, a fee of BGN 9.00 is deducted – the fee is deducted upon every top-up of the prepaid card with 9.00 BGN or more. The additional top-up conditions can be used after the receipt of a confirmation SMS.

Access to the Telenor 4G / LTE network in Bulgaria is possible within the coverage areas with a compatible SIM card and device. * See more information about the used network and the options to use the 4G / LTE network under the Terms & Conditions tab, Internet Tariffing and Access to the 4G / LTE Network.

The new MBs which are received upon top-up of the card during the specified period of additional conditions or those received when an extra package is activated, are added to the available MBs (if any) and the validity of all MBs (available and new) becomes equal to the larger of the two validations - of the available or received new ones.


Activation and validity period

Your SIM card is automatically activated during your first internet session. From this moment on, you get a 395 days initial validity period. The validity period is automatically renewed at credit top-up, depending on the value of the top-up.

Important: If the validity period of the SIM card is not renewed, the card will be automatically deactivated after its expiration and you will no longer be able to use this mobile number. In this case, the available credit balance, as well as all unutilised MB, are all lost.

The validity of the credit upon each top up is different depending on the top-up value. If no top up is made during the credit validity period, the credit is lost.

Credit top-up

You may easily top up your balance (credit in BGN) and it may be used for purchase of data add-ons, sending of short text or multimedia messages. In case your prepaid SIM card is registered by following the corresponding applicable regulations (published on the www.telenor.bg), it may also be used for voice and other mobile services, available for the users of prepaid Telenor services.

Via recharge.telenor.bg by inserting 12 digit voucher code, bought from the trade network;

Activation of data add-ons

To activate an add-on, visit the page for add-on activation at lp.telenor.bg or send free of charge SMS to number 123 with the text code for activation for the chosen add-on.
With your prepaid card from the prepaid pack for mobile internet you may use data add-ons, bought at page lp.telenor.bg. After selecting the option “Buy”, the add-on you have chosen, is activated and its validity period commences.

After depletion of the initially included MB, respectively the MB included in activated add-ons, or expiry of their validity, you will be automatically redirected to the page goweb.lp.telenor.bg, where you will have the option to purchase data add-on with MB and to continue surfing at maximum speed, or in case the validity of the initially included MB or MB included in activated add-ons is not reached – to continue surfing at speed up to 64 kbps until the validity of the current MBs (initially included or from add-ons) expires.


Balance check

At any time and free of charge, using the provided SIM card, you may check the balance of the remaining MB packages, as well as their validity period as follows:

with the MyTelenor Bulgaria mobile app, after you download the app and register your id card;
by sending a free SMS with text “GC” to number 125
by visiting the page goweb.lp.telenor.bg. On this page, you may also find information on the number of the available initially included data packages.

For your comfort, Telenor will be sending SMS messages to the card that is provided with the prepaid data pack, when you’ve used up 70% of the present data package, as well as when it is depleted or its validity period has expired.


Charging principles

Charging of mobile internet and acces to the 4G / LTE network

The maximal initial data charging is 100 KB, then is rounded up to 1 КВ
The access to the page goweb.lp.telenor.bg is free of charge, when using the present prepaid SIM card. There are no MB used up for its top up or add-on activation and there is no need of an active data package for mobile internet to access it.

The internet traffic, generated under the conditions of the initially provided upon card activation MBs, MBs provided upon add-ons activation or under the conditions of prepaid plan, in the period from 01.06.2018 to 30.09.2018, is available at maximum speed in the 2G/3G/4G/LTE Telenor network(through APN telenorbg) and is valid on the territory of Republic of Bulgaria.

The use of the Telenor 4G / LTE network by prepaid users is possible with a compatible SIM card and device within a 4G network coverage area. In all other cases, the traffic is at maximum speed through the Telenor 2G / 3G network (via APN telenorbg) in Bulgaria.

Prices of other mobile services

After registration of the prepaid SIM card, voice and other mobile services can be used.

Price of calls to all national networks: 0,50 BGN/min.
Price of SMS to all national networks: 0,15 BGN/SMS.

The minimum initial charging time for a call is 60 seconds, after which charging is applied per second.

All prices shown are VAT inclusive.

The Telenor current active price list for prepaid services and packages, published on the www.telenor.bg, is applied to all cases/prices, not described above.

Upon top up of the card, the validity of the credit (card) is extended with 60 or 90 days (respectively for top ups of 6.99 BGN to 9.99 BGN or 10 BGN and more), in case the remaining validity period of the credit (card) is less than the validity period of the new top up.

The credit validity of 60 or 90 days starts at the time, the recharge has been completed and a confirmation message has been received. The credit expiry time and date will be shown in the confirmation message.

In all cases when the current validity period of the top up card (and/or the credit) is larger than the validity period of the new top up credit (card), the current validity period of the card (or the credit) will not be changed.

If no top up is made within the validity period of a current credit, the credit will be lost.

If the validity period of the card is not extended, after its expiration the card will be automatically deactivated and you will no longer be able to use this mobile number. In that case both the available credit and the unutilised MB will be lost.

Important:

Following each top up you will be notified by SMS, containing information about the validity period of the card.

When you check the validity of the credit via My Menu or through the Automatic information service by dialing 123 (0.15 BGN per call), you will receive information about its validity. You can receive information about the validity period of the card by calling the Automatic information service at 123 (0.15 BGN per call) and selecting the option “Get in touch with a representative of the Customer Service Center (0.15 BGN/ min.).
