This subscription plan includes access to the PLAY Diema Xtra service

PLAY Diema Xtra is a streaming service for various platforms and mobile devices that provides access to the live sports broadcasts Diema Sport and Diema Sport 2, which can be used on a pay-per-view (basis event).

In order to use the service, you are supposed to activate it. You will receive a registration code when activate in order to register at the PLAY Diema Xtra application or at the play.diemaxtra.bg web site .

Activation

To be able to use the Play Diema Xtra service, you need to request a registration code in one of the following ways:

•Activate through MyTelenor Bulgaria;
•By sending a free SMS to the number 1414 with DiemaA text.

Once you receive your registration code, you can sign up for the PLAY Diema Xtra app or at the play.diemaxtra.bg website.

Terms

•The PLAY Diema Xtra service is not provided by Telenor, and a third party - New Broadcasting Group
•In this respect, Telenor is not responsible for the availability of the application or its contents.
•PLAY Diema Xtra is for personal use. Use and distribution of the PLAY Diema Xtra service for any commercial or public purposes is strictly prohibited.
•The PLAY Diema Xtra service is a subject of registration in the PLAY Diema Xtra Application or through the play.diemaxtra.bg website.
•You should agree to the PLAY Diema Xtra service provider's terms of service during registration.
•The number of devices that can be registered to use the PLAY Diema Xtra service is up to 5 (five). PLAY Diema Xtra service can not be used on more than 2 (two) devices at the same time.
•The use of the service through Telenor's mobile network uses the included MB in the subscription plan.
•The PLAY Diema Xtra service will be available for use on the territory of the EU zone for users who temporarily travel outside Bulgaria. World Cup matches are available from the Bulgarian Football Championships and the Bulgarian Cup.
•Access is included in the plan for a period of 12 months, after which, if there is an active registration, a monthly service charge is charged according to the Price List. In case the USER does not register or has renounced his / her registration, a monthly fee for using the service is not due.

* Additional charge for the service is payable for access to pay-per-view (extra single events). We recommend that you do this by Pay with Telenor.

General terms

• The subscription plans Internet 15.99, Internet 20.99 and Internet 29.99 are available upon signing a fixed term contract for mobile services for 24 months.
• The subscription plan Internet + 16.99 is available upon signing a fixed term contract for mobile services for 24 months, only with selected devices.
• The first monthly subscription is determined in proportion to the days remaining until the invoicing date.
•The use of Telenor's 4G network is possible with a compatible SIM card and device, in a 4G coverage area, for the duration of the contract.

Tariffing and charging for mobile internet in Bulgaria

• The included MB per month that have not been spent during the respective billing cycle are not transferred to a subsequent billing cycle.

• After depletion of the national MB included in the subscription plan per month, the customer can purchase an add-on "Dobavi" with MB at maximum speed, valid until the end of the respective billing cycle, via the mobile application MyTelenor or via http://turbo.lp.telenor.bg (the site is only available on a mobile network).
• The minimum initial charge is per 1 KB and the subsequent charge interval is per 1 KB.
• Internet traffic is realized only through access point (Access Point Name, APN)-telenorbg.
• After depletion of the national MB included in the subscription plan per month, the connection speed drops to 64 Kbps until the end of the respective billing cycle.

Tariffing and charging for mobile internet in roaming in the EU Zone

• The included MB for roaming within the EU Zone * are provided in full from the first month, regardless of the days remaining until the invoicing date.
• The included MB for roaming within the EU Zone * that have not been spent during the respective billing cycle are not transferred to a subsequent billing cycle.
• The included MB for roaming in the EU Zone are calculated in accordance with the fair use policy provided for in Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/2286.
• The minimum initial charge is per 1 KB and the subsequent charge interval is per 1 KB.
•After depletion of the included in the subscription plan MB in the EU Zone, the charging for the subsequent usage is made per megabyte according to the current price list of Telenor.
• The customer can purchase add-ons for mobile internet in roaming via the MyTelenor mobile application or via the roaming service portal lp.telenor.bg (the site is only available on a mobile network) after the depletion of the included in the subscription plan MB for roaming in the EU zone.

The mobile Internet in roaming in zones outside the EU Zone is tariffed and charged in accordance with the standard prices in roaming according to the prices in the current price list of Telenor. The customer can purchase add-ons for mobile internet in roaming via the MyTelenor mobile application or via the roaming service portal lp.telenor.bg (the site is only available on the mobile network).

*European Union Zone (EU Zone) includes: Austria, Azores, Belgium, Canaries, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, French Guiana, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Guadeloupe, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Martinique, Madeira, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Reunion, Romania, Saint-Martin, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Åland Islands, Channel Islands, Vatican City State.

Usage of mobile internet in the network of Telenor

Customers who have concluded a contract/an additional agreement for a new term of 24 months on subscription plans Internet 10.99, Internet 15.99, Internet + 16.99, Internet 20.99 or Internet 29.99 or for a new term of 12 months on the Internet 10.99 subscription plan, using compatible SIM card and device, and located in a 4G/LTE coverage area, can use mobile internet via Telenor's 4G/LTE network until the end of their contract period.

In all other cases, the use of mobile Internet is done through the 2G/3G network of Telenor.here.

Change of subscription plan

•You can change your subscription plan after the expiration of the first month of your current plan. No limitation is applied to the number of changes within the duration of the contract, provided that they are carried out only once per a billing cycle.
• The change may be towards a subscription plan for mobile internet with the same or higher monthly subscription fee.
• After the term of the contract expires, the change may be towards a subscription plan for mobile Internet, regardless of the amount of the monthly subscription fee.

Credit limit

The initially defined credit limit for Internet 10.99, Internet 15.99, Internet + 16.99 and Internet 20.99 is 70 BGN.

The initially defined credit limit for Internet 29.99 is 120 BGN.

The non-listed services are charged according to the current price list of Telenor.
