Making a call
To call a fixed number in Bulgaria you should dial the city code and the number. This applies also even when you call a number within the same city.
If you are in Sofia and want to call fixed number 123 45 67, which is also in Sofia, you should dial: 02 123 45 67. To call the same fixed number, but situated in Varna, you should dial 052 123 45 67.
Dialing of mobile and international numbers is in the standard way.
Short numbers are not accessible from fixed number for all plans for fixed telephony.
The maximum number of fixed numbers provided by Telenor which a customer can possess is 2.
Outgoing calls from the fixed number to other national fixed numbers, can be made to subscribers of fixed telephony of operators Telenor has interconnection agreements with.
Call Forward service allows you to transfer (redirect) a call from a fixed number to other national fixed or mobile number. The forwarded call shall be charged under the terms of the postpaid plan used by you as a standard outgoing call from Telenor fixed network to the number where the call was forwarded.
You may use the service as enter from the keyboard on your phone * 123 # and press the call button, then select the menu option 9.
In redirecting calls, the call is charged as a standard voice call to a number from the network of the respective operator.
