The stated prices and conditions are valid for individuals and corporate clients, upon conclusion of a new termless contract for a new fixed number on subscription plan Home Plus, as well as for current clients who continue an existing contract with the signing of an additional agreement.
The maximum quantity of fixed numbers provided by Telenor, that one customer can own is 2.
The indicated included minutes are per a billing cycle.

Minutes validity, tariffing and charging

The minimum initial time for charging national and international calls is 30 seconds, after that the subsequent charge interval is per a second.
The included minutes per month that have not been spent during the respective billing cycle are not transferred to a subsequent billing cycle.
For the period from the activation of the subscription plan to issuing the first invoice, you will receive a proportional number of the included monthly minutes for a proportionate part of the monthly subscription.
The call setup fee is 0 BGN.
The charging rate per minute for outgoing calls to mobile numbers from national networks is 0.32 BGN.
The charging rate per minute for outgoing calls to fixed numbers in the network of Telenor, after exhaustion of the included minutes is 0,01 BGN
The charging rate per minute for outgoing calls to fixed numbers in the same populated place that are outside the network of Telenor, after exhaustion of the included minutes is 0,05 BGN
The charging rate per minute for outgoing calls to fixed numbers in another populated place that are outside the network of Telenor, after exhaustion of the included minutes is 0,08 BGN
The initially defined credit is 50BGN.
Information on the allocation of countries and networks to international Zone 1, as well as current charging rates per minute, after exhaustion of the included minutes for international calls to the respective international area, can be found here .

Changes to the contract or the subscription plan

A subscription plan for a fixed home phone can be changed without paying an additional fee after the first month of the initial term of the contract has elapsed. With an active fixed-term home phone contract, you cannot switch to a termless subscription.
In case of a change in the subscription plan, the unspent minutes, as well as the promotional terms and conditions, if such are granted for the previous subscription plan are being lost, and new ones are granted if the new subscription plan includes such.

No limitation shall be applied to the number of changes within the duration of the contract, provided that they are carried out only once per a billing cycle

The stated prices and conditions for voice transmission refer to the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria unless explicitly specified otherwise.

With the entry into force of the amendment to the General requirements for the provision of public electronic communications, adopted by CRC, as of 11.06.2020, the included national minutes in the Home Plus plan are also valid for calls to numbers starting with 0700.

In order to call a fixed number in Bulgaria you should always dial the city code and the phone number. This also applies when you are calling a fixed number within the same populated place.

For example: If you are in Sofia and you want to call fixed number 123 45 67, which is also in Sofia, you should dial: 02 123 45 67. To call the same fixed number, but situated in Varna, you should dial 052 123 45 67.
Dialing a mobile or international number is done the standard way.
Short numbers are not available for the fixed number for all home phone plans.
Outgoing calls to different national fixed numbers can only be made to fixed telephony customers of operators with which Telenor has interconnection agreements.

Call Forward service allows you to transfer (redirect) a call from a fixed number to other national fixed or mobile numbers. The forwarded call shall be charged under the terms of the subscription plan you are using as a standard outgoing call from Telenor fixed network to the number the call was forwarded to.
In order to use the service, you should enter on the keyboard of your phone * 123# and press the dial button, then select option 6 of the menu.
With Call Forwarding, the call is charged as a standard voice call to a number from the network of the respective operator.

If you are a fixed service subscriber, you can dial 1717 from the keypad of your fixed device in order to automatically fine-tune your fixed area.

You can check on your current bill and minutes used, by:
registering on the MyTelenor web portal
by calling to *123 from a fixed number
by calling to *123 from a mobile number
by calling to number 089 123 from different operator’s number (the charge is determined by the operator used)
вby entering *123# on the keypboard of your phone and pressing the dial key, then selecting option 1 from the menu for checking bill or option 2 for checking used minutes

Calls to *123 and 123 are charged 0.024 BGN per call, VAT incl.
