All other services are charged according to the current Telenor pricelist for prepaid services and add-ons.
Charging of mobile internet within the country is rounded up to 1 КВ, with initial charging 100 KB (1 GB = 1024 MB; 1 MB = 1024 KB).
Prepaid plans Telenor 30 and Telenor 30s are valid only for existing customers of Telenor prepaid services.
With postpaid plans 30 and 30s you can use all standard prepaid services (excluding add-ons with included minutes, SMS and MB), including all charging channels, credit and minutes transfer services (Cash Share, Time Share, Gift Box, Cash in Time), as well as add-ons for mobile internet Klik.
Add-ons with minutes, SMS and MB can be used only with the standard prepaid plan Telenor.
Change over to prepaid plans Telenor 30 and Telenor 30s
You can change over to one of these prepaid plans using one of the options below:
• to prepaid plan Telenor 30 by sending free SMS with text “eu30” to number 125
• to prepaid plan Telenor 30s by sending free SMS with text “eu30s” to number 125
Change in the plan is charged 0.60 BGN from the available credit and is applied after receiving a confirmation SMS. Changing over to prepaid plans Telenor 30 and Telenor 30s is not possible, if you are currently using standard prepaid plan of Telenor.
Change over from prepaid plans Telenor 30 и Telenor 30s to another prepaid plan
You can change prepaid plans Telenor 30 and Telenor 30s anytime form the Automatic Information service by calling 123. You can change over to one of the following plans:
• to standard prepaid plan Telenor by purchasing an add-on or by sending a free SMS with text „standart“ to number 125
In case you change over to other plan, the special price to numbers of For Friends group, which is valid for prepaid plans Telenor 30 and Telenor 30s, will be lost.
The numbers in the For Friends can be kept when changing the plan, if the new prepaid plan has the same number of positions in the For Friends group. If you have active add-ons for mobile internet Klik, they will be transferred and can be used upon change of the prepaid plan.
All prices are VAT inclusive.
With the 30 and 30S prepaid plans you can use add-ons with MB for mobile internet on maximum speed. Upon buying an add-on with included minutes, or combo add-on with included minutes, SMS and MB, you'll migrate to a new prepaid plan - Telenor's Standard prepaid plan and the conditions you are using will be discontinued.

Upon top up of a prepaid card with a plan, different from the ones mentioned above, the validity period of the credit(card) is prolonged with 60 or 90 days (depending on top-up amount − from 6.00 BGN to 9.99 BGN, or 10.00 BGN and more*), in case the current validity period of the credit (card) is shorter than the validity period of the new top up.
The credit validity of 60 or 90 days starts at the time, the recharge has been completed and a confirmation message has been received. The credit expiry time and date will be shown in the confirmation message.
* Top-ups with total amount of 10 BGN or more, which are made within 30 days, will be also considered as top-up of 10.00 BGN or more.
In all cases when the current validity period of the top up card (and/or the credit) is longer than the validity period of the new top up credit (card), the current validity period of the card (or respectively the credit) will not be changed.
If no new top-up is made during the validity period, the amount will be lost.
If the validity period of the SIM card is not prolonged, the SIM card will be automatically deactivated after its expiration and the mobile number will be lost. In that case both the available credit and the unutilized consumption will be lost.
After each top-up, you will receive a notification SMS for the new validity period of the credit.
When you check the validity of the credit via My Menu or through the Automatic information service by dialing 123 (0.15 BGN per call), you will receive information about its validity. You can receive information about the validity period of the card by calling the Automatic information service at 123 (0.15 BGN per call) and selecting the option “Get in touch with a representative of the Customer Service Center (0.15 BGN/ min.).
