You can pay your own Telenor bills, as well as the bills of your friends or family - all you need to know is their customer number, which is indicated in their invoices.
The free-of-charge customer number check is available through the Telenor menu at *123#, accessible through the particular mobile number.
Users of fixed services can obtain information by calling Customer Service at *123.
When paying your bill, you receive information of all due amounts. It is up to you to determine the amount you would like to pay online.
Every succesfull transaction is confirmed via an SMS message and an email. The details of each payment you have made through the MyTelenor web portal are always available in your "Transaction History" section.
In case the mobile/fixed service has been barred due to a late payment or reached credit limit, it will be activated right away after the payment has been made.

The use of online payments service is free of charge after a registration in the MyTelenor web portal.
