This service protects you from bill shock while you are using mobile internet in Bulgaria.
There are two threshold limits for mobile internet in the country:
•Upon reaching 15 BGN with VAT
•Upon reaching 60 BGN with VAT
In order to protect you from unwanted internet usage, we will send you notification text messages (SMS) with information regarding your current usage at these threshold levels.
We automatically activate the service Limit for mobile internet access in Bulgaria for all Telenor’s customers, who are charged for the volume of mobile internet traffic they have used.
How does the service work?
You will receive notification text messages (SMS) upon reaching 1.50 BGN, 3.00 BGN, and 10.00 BGN.
When you reach the limit of 15 BGN, the access to mobile internet will be suspended and you will receive further information on how you can continue to use mobile internet until you reach the next limit of 60 BGN. You can also do so by visiting http://bs.lp.telenor.bg.
If you choose to continue using mobile internet, you will receive text messages (SMS) upon:
•Reaching 30 BGN from the usage of mobile internet.
•Reaching 100% of the limit (reaching 60 BGN from the usage of mobile internet). In this case we will forward you to http://bs.lp.telenor.bg where you will see two available options.
At this page you can choose to:
•Continue using mobile internet until the end of the billing period/ month by selecting the option “Continue” („Продължи“);
•Deactivate the service Limit for mobile internet access in Bulgaria by selecting the option “Deactivate” („Деактивирайте“).
In case you do not choose either option, you will not be able to use mobile internet until the end of the billing cycle/calendar month.
In case you decide to deactivate the service Limit for mobile internet access in Bulgaria, you may exceed the monthly limit for mobile internet over 60 BGN and you shall not be informed about this. You will not receive notification text messages (SMS). You can deactivate the service at any time in one of the following ways:
•By selecting the respective option for deactivation at http://bs.lp.telenor.bg;
•By visiting a Telenor shop (this option is only applicable for Telenor postpaid plan customers)
If you have completely disabled the service Limit for mobile internet access in Bulgaria and decide you want to use it again, you can do so at any time by selecting one of the following options:
•By selecting the respective option for activation at http://bs.lp.telenor.bg;
•By visiting a Telenor shop (this option is only applicable for Telenor postpaid plan’s customers)
The limit for mobile internet is per month, as for customers of postpaid plans the limit is per billing period, and for prepaid customers of Telenor – per calendar month.
According to the General Terms of Telenor the credit limit has a priority and in case it is reached, the access to Telenor’s services may be suspended, regardless of whether the limit for mobile internet access in Bulgaria is reached.
The Telenor’s customers who are currently using postpaid plan or add-on for mobile internet with included MB at maximum speed do not used the service Limit for mobile internet access in Bulgaria since they do not pay a price per MB based on the volume of the traffic.
If upon reaching 100% of the limit, you select the option to continue using mobile internet, you shall restart your mobile device. In this case the service Limit for mobile internet access in Bulgaria will be suspended until the end of the billing period/ month. With the start of the next billing period/ calendar month, you will again get the limit of 60 BGN with VAT.
The standard price per 1 MB used is 0,50 BGN with VAT incl.
